What do I ask to the new Government of Catalonia?

As a Catalan person and as a member of a Foundation that believes in the effort culture values, I allow myself to ask to the new government a couple of things that are probably shared with the great majority of Catalan people. I do not refer to a parliamentary or forced majority, I am referring to all Catalan people that, without to kick up a racket, want the best for our country...
As a Catalan person and as a member of a Foundation that believes in the effort culture values, I allow myself to ask to the new government a couple of things that are probably shared with the great majority of Catalan people. I do not refer to a parliamentary or forced majority, I am referring to all Catalan people that, without to kick up a racket, want the best for our country.
First of all, this new government should make the effort to put their feet on the ground and connect with Catalan reality; only from here it would be possible to find solutions to some problems. And, what problems do I refer to?
I would like to focus on two specific subjects:
THE ECONOMY AND THE LABOR FRAGILITY, because dip into our pocket and THE LACK OF CULTURE IN OUR COUNTRY, because does not allow Catalonia to be truly Catalan.
Related to the economy, largely it is true that this is a global problem that affects everywhere.
However here, there are things to do better. Catalonia is historically a country of proactive and enterprising people, which make efforts to do things. THE SMALL BUSINESSPERSON HAS BEEN THE DRIVING FORCE OF OUR ECONOMY.
Nevertheless, what kind of problems do enterprising people found? On one hand, they found a completely bureaucracied administration. Slow and hard formalities, which make things difficult and complicated. On the other hand, the lack of financial support, that is a huge problem as well.
Mr. Mas, please be so kind to make the effort to improve the administration efficiency by instilling dynamism to the government employees. It is not fear that matters that entail wealth and jobs, keep unattended on some employee desk. Help to find financial support to enterprising people. This can help as well to improve our labor fragility. Let me remind you, that as I said before, the small businessman has been and it is the driving force of our economy.
Now, I would like to make some observations about country culture and education. Our world is getting more and more globalised, more and more is easier to know what is happening around. CATALONIA IS AN SMALL PLACE IN THE WORLD WITH A VERY OWN INDENTITY, CULTURE AND LENGUAGE.
I ask to the new government the effort to make our culture known abroad and to give the proper education to all people that wants to live in here in Catalonia, in order to love and adopt our culture.
